Alex Mirnezam serves as the chief financial officer (CFO) and brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting in both public and private organizations to ACE.  Mirnezam plays a key role in strategic development by creating financial, administrative and operational strategies based on financial forecasts. As CFO for a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, Mirnezam ensures financial responsibility and transparency through the preparation of the annual financial reports, the appropriate use of funds in an operational manner, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and developing financial and tax strategies. Additionally, Mirnezam manages long-term financial investments and capital to protect the fiscal stability of ACE.

Mirnezam is accountable for and assesses risk management through appropriate record-keeping, compliance with legal and regulatory bodies, internal and external audits and the supervision of transaction processing systems. He also oversees human resources management for ACE and ensures standard operating procedures are in place in order to protect the organization and employees.

Mirnezam holds a master's degree in business from National University in San Diego, California. In his free time, he enjoys reading, exercising and playing basketball.
