Boost your online training and coaching skills to better serve your clients

The health and fitness industry has faced and overcome significant challenges over the past few years, as the pandemic forced a swift switch to online coaching and training. As a result, health and exercise professionals have re-imagined their services, reconfigured their studios and redefined client interactions to keep people moving in thoughtful and intentional ways. To stay relevant and continue to serve your clients, it’s critical to continue to refresh and refine your online coaching and training skills.

Whether you’re an experienced virtual coach or just starting out in the digital environment, this webinar will cover the latest developments in the art and practice of building your online coaching skills, as well as ways to develop a personalized approach to high-quality online training and coaching. You will learn strategies for building rapport with clients online, creating a sense of connection and trust, and helping clients stay motivated and engaged with their fitness goals.

Led by Dr. Erin Nitschke, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, NFPT-CPT, NSCA-CPT, Pn1, and professor of exercise science, this live webinar is an exceptional introduction to developing and refining an indispensable toolkit focused on engaging clients in a world that is increasingly online. Adding this unique skill set to your current practice will add a new dimension of growth to your business, while helping you and your clients navigate the online training and coaching experience.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

  • Describe a 5-ingredient recipe for rapport building
  • Evaluate the pros and cons of offering services in a digital environment and reimagine your services
  • Assess your nonverbal communication traits

Please note: This free webinar is one hour in length. The material for the free, one-hour portion of the webinar is intended to serve as standalone educational information. However, following the live airing it will be sold as a two-hour course (worth 0.2 CECs), containing the original content plus one additional hour of related education.
