Excellent guide to the basic principles of Pilates and the cues to execute the exercises

Great online course. The presenters are sisters with great experience who are Pilates studio owners of ~ 20 years. They are conversational in teaching approach, and passionate about Pilates. I love their concept of infusing my group fitness classes with Pilates exercises. The PDF on 11 essential Pilates exercises is outstanding. Particularly helpful is that it includes the exercise goal, photos with cues, and regressions and variations. Seeing the exercises demonstrated in the video with "what to watch out for" to prevent injuries was outstanding. Very worthwhile course, and great PDF resources provided. Thank You !!!!

I loved this on-line course. I think one of the quiz questions was misleading though. The question about Rolling Like a Ball. I have nowhere in my notes that the lumbar spine flexes. I thought the entire move was about maintaining a "c" curve with the abs hollowed-out but the lumbar spine was straight. You might want to make sure this wasn't marked wrong in error.

Great information, presented in a very engaging and easy to understand way. Nice documentation. I've taught Pilates for many years, but primarily on Reformer. This was a great way to offer ideas to bring the principles into other training formats.
