This course was eye opening for the methods needed to limit pain and sequence work-outs to be more efficient. It was very informative. I look forward to using the techniques for myself and my clients.

Reviews
Very detailed and excellent instruction (trainer is very knowledgeable and clear in communication). Course content was a higher level than expected. The case studies combined with the book helped to further grasp the material.
Specific for information I would need but not necessarily something that everyone will be interested in advancing their knowledge in. Delves into more of physiotherapy and rehab in some ways.
